Our commitment

We aim to give people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our services, in the same place and in a similar way as other clients. Where that is not possible, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative.

Website accessibility

This website is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA in mind. Ongoing work includes:

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link
• Keyboard operability for all interactive elements, with visible focus states
• Text and interface colours checked against contrast requirements
• Form fields with associated labels, clear error messages, and no colour-only signalling
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged

Assistive devices, support persons, and service animals

You are welcome to use assistive devices, to be accompanied by a support person, and to be accompanied by a service animal in areas open to the public.

Alternative formats and communication supports

Information published on this website can be provided in an alternative accessible format on request, at no additional cost. Meetings can be held by telephone, video, or in person by arrangement.
